We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to learning, an approach which highlights, respects and nurtures the magic of children – as they truly are – different, perfect and extraordinary.
We value our children as extraordinary- we protect the magic of the child, by not dumbing things down, nor by trying to mould their unique minds to our adult confined standards.

We take our inspiration from the beautiful teaching style of the Reggio Emilia region of Italy- which places strong emphasis on the environment as the second teacher- this is why you will find our nursery filled with beautiful engaging invitations to play.
We place a strong emphasis on our environment. This is why at our nursery you will see unique and original resources deployed to spark the imagination and curiosity of our children. We go the extra mile to create ‘awe and wonder’ in learning.
We do things differently- our nursery is here to support you and your family. We chose not to have ‘stiff’ uniforms – we view uniforms as an unnecessary barrier in the child’s learning journey. We chose to use first names with our families to promote positive relationships, we choose to be relaxed and approachable in how we communicate and how we present ourselves – an approach which we think is vital in supporting young children and their families in their learning journey.
